Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to ensure the highest quality of our Ayurvedic and herbal products. However, if you're not satisfied or have received a damaged product, our refund policy is as follows:
1. No Replacement & No Exchange

No replacement and no exchange will be provided at any cost, only refund can be provided based upon your return if you received any damaged product.
2. Eligibility for Refund

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds are not applicable for consumable items that have been opened or used unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Process

Email us at priorityherbals@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.

Once verified, we will arrange for return pickup (if applicable).

Reverse shipping charges have to be paid by buyer.

On receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate a refund.
4. Refund Timelines

Refund Approval: Within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

Amount Credited: Within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us or calling our customer care.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
