We ensure safe and timely delivery of all Priority Herbals products across India.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Shipping Timelines

• Minimum Delivery Time: 3 business days.

• Maximum Delivery Time: 10 business days, depending on location and logistics partner.

3. Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/email.

• A product will be considered "delivered" when marked as such by our courier partner.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹499.

• Orders below ₹499 or COD orders may attract nominal shipping charges.

5. Delays and Exceptions

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather, or courier delays.

• In case of non-delivery or damaged delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
